The Youtube Workflow

Your last video deserved better

Eight decisions happen before you press record, and they quietly decide whether anyone ever clicks. The Starter Engine walks you through all eight, free, with the printable checklist so none of them get skipped at 11pm.

The video was fine. The decisions around it weren't.

You filmed it, you cut it, you uploaded it, and it sat there. So the next conclusion is usually the wrong one: film better, buy a lens, post more often.

Here is the uncomfortable part. A finished, promoted video takes 47 separate steps. The camera is rolling for two of them. Most creators do maybe twelve, in whatever order the night allows, and the eleven that got skipped are the reason the video went nowhere. Not talent. Not the algorithm deciding it hates you.

Worse, the advice meant to fix this contradicts itself. Post daily, no, that flags you as a bot. Shorts feed your long-form, no, they poison it. Everyone is certain and almost nobody can tell you where their claim came from. The cost of that is not the price of a course. It is the six months you spend building on something that was never true.

Videos rarely fail from lack of talent. They fail because step 23 got forgotten at 11pm on a Tuesday.

What's inside the free Starter Engine

The first working piece of the system, not a teaser for it.

Plus the printable 47-step checklist, the whole workflow on one page, so you can see exactly where those eight sit in the machine.

Why this one is different

Every claim carries a rating

CONFIRMED, CORROBORATED, SINGLE-SOURCE, SPECULATIVE or DEBUNKED, with the source attached. When the evidence moves, the lesson gets edited.

The myths are named as myths

Magic posting times sit in the DEBUNKED pile, with the receipts. You get to stop worrying about them and spend that anxiety on your thumbnail.

No income screenshots

No revenue dashboards, no "monetised in 90 days". If a course's only evidence is the seller's own income, you are the testimonial, not the customer.

Judge the free one first

The starter guide is the whole argument in miniature. If it isn't useful on your next upload, nothing paid was ever going to be.

Before you ask

Is this actually free, or free-until-checkout?

Actually free. No card, no trial timer. It is a separate free product you join and keep. The paid bundle exists and is mentioned inside once, which is the whole extent of the pitch.

My channel is brand new. Is this too advanced?

The workflow assumes a channel and a phone. Brand new is arguably the best time, because you get to build the habit before you have to unlearn a worse one.

How long does it take?

The starter course is short enough for one sitting. The system it comes from is built for two focused hours a week, not a full-time content job.

Another YouTube guru, then?

Fair question, and the course ships a scoring system for exactly that suspicion. Six questions to grade any YouTube educator, this one included. Use it on us.
